The Tuscaloosa River Market is located on the beautiful banks of the Black Warrior River and features over 5,600 square feet of versatile event space to accommodate weddings, banquet dinners, fundraisers, civic gatherings and much more. Tuscaloosa River Market can support seated banquets for up to 400 guests, auditorium style events for up to 800 guests and open festival space for up to 3,000 guests.

STANDARD RATE: 3 hour event with 2 hours for vendor load-in and 1 hour at the end for break-down. Standard rental rate includes use of tables, chairs, and standard A/V. River Market staff, a custodian, a security guard, and we set-up the venue for you.	.....	$2,000.00
DAY USE RENTAL: Applicable for events that occur Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm. 3 hour event with 2 hours for vendor load-in and 1 hour at the end for break-down. EVENT DEPOSIT: $500.00 due within two weeks of placing your hold.	.....	$500.00
ADDITIONAL HOURS: Extending event, set-up, & strike times, adding rehearsals or event run-throughs are subject to additional hourly rate. Additional hours must be added at least two weeks in advance of the event.	.....	$200.00 per hour

Maximum number of people for these rates - 350 (Price may increase as attendance increases at River Market Manager’s discretion) A damage deposit may be required depending on the nature of the event
Golf Cart Service: The use of a golf cart & driver for 30 minutes at the beginning and 30 minutes at the end of the scheduled event time. Golf carts only service the parking lot adjacent to the River Market and do not cross J.W. Pkwy.		$100 per cart
Additional Set-up required: Use of Pipe & Drape and or any significant changes to the layout occur during the scheduled event and require additional staff.		Starting at $100.00
